OUR BACKGROUND

Clarum was founded by Prakash, a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, and Company Secretary, with Master’s degrees in Accounting and Economics.

With over 25 years of international experience, including roles as CFO and Controller at Disney companies, Prakash founded Clarum to make corporate-grade financial leadership and governance accessible to startups, growth-stage, and turnaround businesses.

Having worked at the intersection of finance, taxation, and corporate law, he recognized that smaller enterprises often lacked access to the same ethical rigor, transparency, and foresight that drive large organizations.
